Attach a calculation to a work order in Reglova

An oil leak on a shear and a fastening to retighten: instead of looking the torque up in a binder, you work it out from the work request itself. The video runs 33 seconds, silent, recorded in the demo account of the Atelier Martin workshop.
What you see, step by step
01
The work request
WO-AT01-04219 is a corrective request for an oil leak on the blade cylinder of the guillotine shear AT01-MO10, reported by Léa Petit. Under Instructions, Attached calculations is still empty. The demo workshop's records are in French, so the request reads "Fuite d'huile au vérin de lame".
02
The calculation catalogue
The Calculations link opens the 29 calculations in the software, grouped by trade: mechanics, lifting, electrical, fluid power, reliability, stores and conversions. At the top right, "For WO-AT01-04219" shows which work order the result will go to.
03
Tightening torque
Thread M12, property class 8.8, thread friction μG 0.14, yield utilization 0.9. The results appear on the right: permissible preload 42.0 kN, tightening torque 93.1 N·m. Two warnings stay in view: the result does not replace the manufacturer's value, and it covers assembly preload only, not service loads, fatigue or surface pressure.
04
Attached to the work order
A click on "Attach to the work order" leads back to the request. The checklist now holds one step, "Serrer à 93,1 N·m (M12 8.8, μ 0,14)", in French like the rest of the demo data, and the calculation sits under Attached calculations with its author and time. Technicians find the value where they do the job.
Going further
The same bolt torque calculation is free to use, with no account: enter the thread and property class and the result shows at once. Only the software attaches it to a work order.
