Terms of use
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Reglova website and application published by Victor Aubague EI. The contract signed with the client company (offer, price, service level, data processing agreement) prevails over them in case of difference.
Accounts
An account is personal; it is opened by the client company's administrator, who sends an invitation. Keep your password secret, do not share your session, and warn your administrator if in doubt: changing the password closes sessions open elsewhere. After five failed attempts, sign-in is suspended for fifteen minutes.
Public demo
The demo is open to everyone, with shared accounts and fictitious data (plants, machines, people). Do not enter any real or personal data: every visitor sees it, and it may be reset at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access another client's or another account's data, or to bypass permissions.
- Do not disrupt the service: mass sending, bots, load or penetration tests without written agreement.
- Do not upload unlawful content or malicious files.
- Report a security flaw to [email protected] rather than exploiting it.
Work safety
Reglova helps organise maintenance and record safety (lockout, work permits, qualifications, fire watch after hot work). It does not replace risk assessment, the company's procedures or the judgement of qualified people: the client company remains responsible for the safety of its work and the compliance of its installations. The toolbox calculators give results to be checked against applicable standards.
Company data
The data entered belongs to the client company. It can export it at any time (CSV, Excel, PDF, API) and retrieves it at the end of the contract. Personal data is processed under the privacy policy.
Availability
The service is backed up daily and monitored; maintenance interruptions are announced when possible. The binding service level is the one in the contract. The technician space works offline: entries are sent when the network is back.
Intellectual property
The software, its screens and documentation remain the property of Victor Aubague EI. The client company may use them during the contract; it may not copy, resell or decompile them except where the law allows.
Liability
Subject to the contract, Victor Aubague EI is liable for direct damage caused by a proven breach of its obligations. It is not liable for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect data entered by the user or force majeure.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the place of Victor Aubague EI's registered office have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
